Coaching is a process which should help employees to abandon ineffective or problem supporting behaviour. They learn to internalise desired abilities and to trust in them. Methods as discussions, feedback, guiding and observing activities shall help the employee to cope with his duties and / or problems in a better way. Apart from that, the employee learns to develop a high level of own initiative.

Coaching at the work place

Coaching at the work place is a proved way to induce attitude changes very practical and with a high chance of success. Feedback and concrete suggestions for improvement help the employee to reflect and optimise his behaviour in their own work field or in contact with customers.

Single-Coaching

Single coaching is characterized by the fact that the coach consults only one person – normally a manager. The coach attends specifically and extensively the affairs of the participant. The individual, intensive and confidential work enables short-term results and long-term attitude changes.
